Luteolin is a flavonoid known for its antioxidant properties. It is found in plant-based foods like fruits and vegetables and medicinal herbs used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). mRNA vaccines for the Wuhan coronavirus caused blood disorder in at least 36 people
The messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines developed to fight the Wuhan coronavirus may have caused at least 36 individuals to develop a rare blood disorder. Either Moderna’s mRNA-1273 jab or the Pfizer/BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccine may have caused thrombocytopenia – which affects blood clotting – in these individuals. Both vaccines had reported more than 90 percent efficacy rates and had received emergency use authorization in the U.S.

Supplementing with fish oil and vitamin D may reduce cancer-related deaths, boost heart health
People looking to reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer may want to improve their vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acid intake, according to recent research from the North American Menopause Society. The meta-analysis, published in the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAHA), looked at 13 studies that focused on the effects of vitamin D and omega-3 supplementation on cancer and cardiovascular disease.
