Third Circuit Court grants expedited review of Trump appeal in Pennsylvania

The Trump campaign has been granted an expedited review by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals concerning an election fraud case that was dismissed by a judge in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

A Notice of Docket Activity dated Nov. 23, 2020, reveals that a motion for emergency expedited review has officially been granted, requiring the appellants’ brief to be filed the same day by 4pm, and the appellees’ briefs to be filed on or before Nov. 24 at 4pm.

This is the appeal that President Trump tweeted about the other day after noting that Judge Matthew W. Brann “would not even allow us to present our case or evidence.”

Brann, Trump further explained, “is a product of Senator Pat ‘No Tariffs’ Toomey of Pennsylvania” and is “no friend of mine,” as upwards of 900,000 votes in Pennsylvania appear to have been fraudulent.

Trump also retweeted Mark R. Levin, who pointed out that Wikipedia has already added to Judge Brann’s biography that he “became briefly famous when he presided over a case which was part of President Trump’s attempt to steal Pennsylvania’s presidential electors.”

“Time is running out … must get things moving,” wrote one commenter at The Right Scoop about this unfolding saga, highlighting the urgent need to advance these important cases as quickly as possible.

Does Sidney Powell still have a few tricks up her sleeve?

Conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh is not so sure about the situation. During a recent episode of his show, Limbaugh went off about how Team Trump really needs to really kick things into high gear if it hopes to achieve a positive outcome before state electors meet to vote in December.

Limbaugh is specifically calling on attorney Sidney Powell, who is working alongside but independently of Trump’s legal team, to deliver on her “kraken” promises sooner rather than later.

“I know a lot of people have been curious to know whether there is something beyond that which has been publicly reported,” Limbaugh stated.

“If there is, I’m unaware of it. I’ve made inquiries. I have not come up with anything more than what you know. We’ll deal with it as it unfolds and manifests itself.”

Following an announcement that Powell is not working with Trump’s legal team, many in the independent media started to bemoan the process. However, Powell made it clear that she is working on her own to represent both Trump and We the People, so stay tuned.

We can safely say that Powell is working diligently behind the scenes to dig up all evidence of criminal wrongdoing that she can find about the 2020 election, and will present it when the time is right.

Limbaugh, however, is discouraged by the somewhat lackluster developments that have emerged thus far, especially since the Trump Team has held several grandiose press conferences that have produced little in the way of actual positive developments.

“They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened. And that’s just not good,” Limbaugh lamented.

“I mean, if you’re going to promise blockbuster stuff like that, then there has … to be something more than what that press conference delivered.”

It ain’t over until it’s over, though, and we know that Powell is both credible and trustworthy, and not one to make wild claims without being able to back them up with proof.

“I give Ms. Powell the benefit of the doubt,” one Right Scoop commenter indicated.

“It looks like Ms. Powell is alone out there fighting for us and it is really sad. Everybody knows some massive election fraud took place.”
